Terms & Conditions 

By signing up to Social Stride, you (the client) agree to these terms and conditions. This is a legal binding agreement between you (the client) and Social Stride. By becoming a client of Social Stride, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions and set forth in this agreement. The start date of this agreement will be the date on which you purchase our services until the day your plan (or service) ends.

1. Services

​

Social Stride will provide in full the service as outline on the official Social Stride website (www.socialstride.co.uk). This agreement is shown to you upon sign up and before purchase. It is the responsibility of the client to read through these terms and conditions in full so that you (the client) will have a full understanding on what you are agreeing to.

1.1 As we work with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google MyBusiness, LinkedIn & Pinterest. We have no control over disconnection issues and/or password changes. If you change your password on any of the platforms we work on, we ask that you report the change to Social Stride so that we can reconnect your account immediately. 

​

1.2 We recommend that you (the client) check our work and your account on our Content Manager at least once or twice a week. This helps limit the amount of issues your account could have in the future. We also recommend you get in touch during that time with any feedback or criticism you may have. 

 

1.3 If Social Stride does not have access to your platforms due to disconnection or any inability for us to access the platforms to schedule our posts, you (the client) agree to not hold Social Stride liable.

2. Payments

​

Social Stride will always take payment up front for the month ahead. The only exception for this would be a free trial offering or promotion. Payment is currently only taken by card on the day of sign up. Once payment has been taken you will then be entering a monthly rolling subscription. Payment for the following months ahead will be taken on the same day unless otherwise agreed with Social Stride.

3. Ownership

​

All content provided for the client by Social Stride becomes the copyright of the client and the client is free to use and reuse this content in whichever way they would like. However, Social Stride will retain the right to reuse and repurpose the content produced for other client accounts. If the content contains images provided by the client or any copyrighted content reserved by the client, the content will not be used for any of purpose.

4. Communication

​

4.1 We will always aim to respond to any client queries, tickets or emails within one working day. Please note our team is not in the office during the weekends but are on-call from outside the office.

​

4.2 During busy periods for Social Stride, it may take longer for us to respond however we will always prioritise urgent queries and tickets.

4.4 Social Stride will not be held accountable for any damages or loss of earnings should we take longer than one working day to respond to you (the client).

5. Payment & Credit Card Disputes

​

In the event of any payment or credit card disputes, any refunds, credits and account work will come to a halt. Resolving these disputes can take one to three months and at some points maybe longer. We will always aim to come to a fair compromise and credit to be redeemed for our services will always be highly more favourable than filing a dispute in almost every case.

6. Cancellation

​

6.1 With all services provided by Social Stride's rolling service, there is a 14-day cancellation period. During them 14 days you are able to cancel your service by getting in touch with us via any of our contact options. A full refund will be issued to you excluding VAT. 

​

6.2 After 14 days, you will not be able to cancel your service until the end of the rolling month and a refund will not be issued.

7. Changes To Terms & Conditions

​

7.1 Social Stride reserves the right to make any changes to these terms and conditions at any time as well as our Privacy Policy. No notice is required for any changes to either the terms and conditions or privacy policy. 

​

7.2 Your subscription to Social Stride following any change to these terms and conditions constitutes your agreement to them. 

​

7.3 Social Stride highly recommends you check this page at least once a month for any updates or changes to the Terms and Conditions.
